Dermaroller GmbH skin needling UK distribution; Transfer from AesthetiCare to mi.to.pharm UK.

AesthetiCare will transfer responsibility for the UK distribution of the eDermastamp, Dermaroller skin needling devices and the associated treatment and skincare products, all of which are manufactured by Dermaroller GmbH, Germany, to mi.to.pharm UK. This will be effective from Monday 2 May 2022. The list of devices and products can be found at the end of this message. In the sections below we will try and provide answers to some of the key questions you may have about this.

Who are mi.to.pharm UK?

mi.to.pharm UK is part of the same group of companies as Dermaroller GmbH. The group is known as Taranis GmbH, its headquarters are in Wolfenbüttel, Germany and it is owned by the original family that established Dermaroller GmbH (www.dermaroller.com). Within the group the Dermaroller GmbH company operates as the manufacturing operation and the mi.to.pharm GmbH company as its commercial business. The group are now expanding their direct international presence and as part of this expansion have established mi.to.pharm UK, based in London.

mi.to.pharm UK will take over the sales and marketing of the Dermaroller devices and products previously supplied by AesthetiCare, and in addition they will and be launching a new advanced micro needling device XcellarisPRO Twist and the skincare brand XCellarisPRO.

How will this impact AesthetiCare customers?

This is an amicable transfer of business. AesthetiCare will remain focused on supporting professional skin clinics in the UK and Ireland with its portfolio of professional skincare products; Heliocare and ALLSKIN|MED from Cantabria Labs, and the EndyMed RF and Alpha IPL and Laser Diode treatment devices. The transfer of the Dermaroller business does not affect any of that activity.

AesthetiCare are also committed to making the handover to mi.to.pharm UK as smooth as possible and mi.to.pharm UK have committed to maintaining the prices and credit terms that AesthetiCare customers had for the Dermaroller products. We will be accepting and delivering any orders for the products up to and including Friday 29 April 2022. From Monday 2 May 2022 mi.to.pharm UK will be your point of contact.

mi.to.pharm UK and AesthetiCare will be holding “Meet the Dermaroller / mi.to.pharm UK Customer Support Team” webinars at the time and dates below.
