TRAINING & EDUCATION SPECIALIST

We are searching for a training and education specialist to join the AesthetiCare commercial team.

The Role

As Training and Education Specialist, you will be providing the highest level of training and education to both existing and new professional skin clinic accounts.

You will also be responsible for providing educational content to both professional and consumer audiences via our social media platforms and on-line events/ videos.

Reporting directly to the Senior Training Manager you will play an integral role in the development and running of the AesthetiCare Academy. Working closely with the Senior Business Development Manager, establishing great communications, and recognising support when needed.

You will need to demonstrate passion, be naturally enthusiastic and self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, be well presented, be committed, and driven to grow with the business long term.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and motivational training both in clinic and online
  • Actively encourage sales on all training courses
  • Maintain exceptional treatment and training standards
  • Play an integral role in the development of the AesthetiCare training academy
  • Deliver in-clinic device and treatment demonstrations
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging educational content
  • Plan and host in-clinic & online events

Requirements

  • Aesthetician/therapist to NVQ level 3 or equivalent
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and be self-motivated
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, providing feedback from regular analysis to contribute to the development of our training academy
  • Good business acumen
  • A confident presenter with excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with confidence to speak on camera
  • Proven ability to learn and retain technical, scientific, and clinical information
  • A creative, innovative & independent thinker
  • Excellent time management and diary planning
  • UK driving license

Desirable

  • 2 years Training experience
  • Knowledge of advanced treatment’s such as Radiofrequency and IPL/Laser devices

Role Information

  • Full time, permanent position
